Rates

Weekend Stay (Total for Friday and Saturday night stay) – $350.00

Weeknight Stay (Sunday through Thursday) – $125.00

50% of total, due at time of reservation as deposit.

Discounts

5 nights – 5% discount

6 nights – 6% discount

7+ nights – 15% discount

Additional charges:

• $75.00 for each additional night
• 6.75% sales tax and 3% local lodging tax will be added
• $25.00 per additional person over four guests

Policies

• Two night minimum stay on weekends
• No pets
• No smoking inside cabins
• Renters must be over the age of 21
• Check-in is at 3:00 pm
• Check-out is at 11:00 am
• Cancellations made up to 14 days before stay will receive a refund of deposit, minus a $25 processing fee.
