Rates
*Rates are current as of October 17, 2006 and are subject to change.
- Big Pine and Twin Pine rates based on 4 guests
- $25 per additional person (not per night)
- 50% deposit required by credit card or check
- Two night minimum stay on weekends, with some exceptions
- $350 for a weekend stay (Friday through Sunday)
- $75 for any 3rd night
- $125 per night for Sunday through Thursday
- Additional charges of 6.75% sales tax and 3% local lodging tax will be added to your rate
- 5 nights — 5% discount
6 nights — 10% discount
7+ nights — 15% discount
- Guests will be required to sign a contract upon arrival.
- Methods of payment include personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card.

Policies
*Please review our policies before committing to a reservation.
General
- No pets
- No smoking inside cabins — please use ashtrays provided outside
- We cannot rent to persons under the age of 21
- Unless other arrangements have been made in advance:
Check-in is at 3:00 pm
Check-out is at 11:00 am
Cancellations
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before stay will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $25 processing fee.
- Cancellations made after 14 days will lose the deposit.
